Revenue collection from land and property transactions in the last Nepali month of Baisakh (mid-April to mid-May) increased compared to the previous month Chaitra, indicating a gradual improvement in the country's real estate market. The Department of Land Management and Archive reported that the government collected over Rs 6.26 billion in revenue from real estate transactions nationwide during Baisakh, slightly higher than the Rs 6.16 billion collected in Chaitra.
