The CIB has requested the freezing of shares belonging to 56 investors and high-ranking officials from various companies, including Himalayan Reinsurance and Nepal Micro Insurance, and has directed them to disclose their investment details. This action is part of an investigation into an offense under the Securities Act, 2063, with instructions to halt the sale or transfer of shares during the investigation period.
