High-level EU delegation arrives for a two-day visit

A high-level delegation from the European Union, comprising 22 ambassadors and deputy heads of mission, has arrived in Nepal for a two-day visit to strengthen ties with the new government led by Prime Minister Balendra Shah. The delegation will hold meetings with Nepal’s political leadership, including the Prime Minister, and also engage with private sector representatives, civil society leaders, and youth groups. The visit aims to reaffirm the EU's longstanding partnership with Nepal and explore new areas of cooperation in development, trade, investment, climate action, and multilateral cooperation.
