Russia Warns Foreigners to Leave Kyiv as Attacks Intensify

Russia has announced plans to launch further attacks in Kyiv and has called on foreign nationals and diplomats to leave the city. Last weekend, Russia launched drone and missile attacks in Ukraine, killing four people and injuring dozens, causing extensive damage to infrastructure. Russia confirmed the use of weapons including the Oreshnik hypersonic missile, which travels more than 10 times the speed of sound and can carry nuclear weapons. This attack follows Russia's accusation that Ukraine attacked a vocational school in Luhansk, killing 21 people, after which President Vladimir Putin ordered his army to retaliate.
