Traffic police have apprehended two individuals in Kathmandu for operating a stolen scooter with an altered license plate. The red Dio scooter, reported stolen from Baluwakhani, was found with its original number plate changed. The suspects have been taken into custody and sent to Boudha Police Circle for further investigation and legal action.
