Russian President Vladimir Putin's visit to China is expected to further elevate bilateral relations and bring stability to the world. This year marks the 30th anniversary of the China-Russia strategic partnership of coordination and the 25th anniversary of the China-Russia Treaty of Good-Neighborliness and Friendly Cooperation. Bilateral trade reached approximately 228 billion U.S. dollars in 2025, with China remaining Russia’s largest trading partner for 16 consecutive years. The two countries also play a significant role in promoting a multipolar international order and upholding multilateralism.
