The Mustang Customs Office seized 592 cartons of electronic cigarettes near the Nepal-China Korala border on Saturday. The consignment was found during a search of two suspicious containers transported from Korala, allegedly being smuggled illegally into Nepal. Customs officials and security personnel intercepted the containers while they were en route to Lomanthang, reportedly bypassing customs procedures. The drivers of the containers have been taken into custody for further investigation.
