Government appoints Mukesh Dangol as Director General of CAAN

The government has appointed Joint Secretary Mukesh Dangol as the Director General of the Civil Aviation Authority of Nepal (CAAN). Dangol, currently serving at the Ministry of Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation, previously worked as an Air Traffic Control officer. He takes over the role following the suspension of the former division chief due to corruption allegations.
