PVCDC issues notice for removal of encroaching structures in Bus Park area

The PVCDC has issued a 15-day notice for the removal of all constructions, including shops, in the Pokhara Bus Park area. Business owners are urged to dismantle structures in the Seti River area and other designated zones. Failure to comply will result in the committee removing the structures and recovering costs. Landowners must also submit relevant documents within seven days. This follows a previous notice issued by the Pokhara Metropolitan Municipality – 9 regarding encroachments on bus park land.
