The Ministry of Health has been renamed the ‘Health and Food Safety Ministry’ in Nepali and the ‘Health and Food Security Ministry’ in English, following a Cabinet decision. The ministry has issued a circular to all subordinate bodies to implement the new name immediately and update official websites and records.
