Nepal Police has launched a new online citizen help and complaint management system integrated into the Nepal Police Mobile App, allowing digital submission of complaints and grievances. Inspector General of Police Dan Bahadur Karki unveiled the system alongside a three-year strategic plan, aiming for more transparent and accessible public services. The upgraded app enables users to upload multimedia evidence, track complaint progress in real-time, and communicate with officers, covering categories like cybercrime, financial crimes, and domestic violence.
