Kathmandu Police Arrest Fugitive Accused in Banking Offense Case

Kathmandu police have arrested Harkabahadur Budha, a fugitive defendant in a banking offense case. Budha, originally from Rukum East and residing in Lalitpur, was arrested in Kalanki. The District Court Kathmandu had issued an arrest warrant for him on January 1, 2082 (Bikram Sambat). Budha, who was absconding, has been ordered to pay a claim of 2 crore 58 lakh rupees and has been sent to the District Police Complex Kathmandu for further investigation.
