Police in Banke have arrested Laxman BK, 30, for extorting money by promising jobs in the Nepal Police. BK allegedly demanded money from individuals after they passed various stages of the police examinations. He was arrested by a team from the Area Police Office, Kohalpur, and a five-day remand has been requested from the Banke District Court for further investigation.
