523 foreign nationals deported in 2025

The Department of Immigration organized an orientation program to enhance the implementation of the Foreign National Management Information System (FNMIS). This system aims to improve local registration, security monitoring, criminal investigations, and disaster management for foreign nationals. Service providers are required to integrate with the FNMIS, which allows foreign nationals to self-enroll via a mobile app and service providers to register through a web portal. The department reported that 523 foreign nationals were deported in 2025 for unauthorized activities, and 152 have been deported as of May 25, 2026.
