NEPSE index closes higher by nearly 5 points; turnover exceeds Rs 6 billion
The Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) index rose by 4.99 points, closing at 2,782.10, while the Sensitive Index increased by 1.21 points to 475.51. A total of 35.4 million shares of 354 companies were traded, generating a turnover of over Rs 6.03 billion. Among the most active stocks were Ankhu Khola Hydropower Company, Ridi Power Company, National Hydro Power Company, Api Power Company, and Nyadi Group Power.
