NEPSE decreases by minor point, transactions hit Rs 2.45 billion

The Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) saw a minor decrease of 1.03 points, closing at 2,730.91 on Monday. The Sensitive Index, however, increased by 0.50 points. A total of Rs 2.45 billion was transacted, with 5.82 million shares of 339 companies being traded. Share prices of 119 companies increased, while 132 declined. The Commercial Bank and Development Bank groups saw increases, while the Finance and Hotel and Tourism groups experienced decreases.
