A 56-year-old farmer in China, identified as Chen, had a 3-pound (1.3 kg) stone removed from his bladder after suffering for years with severe urinary issues. Doctors at a hospital affiliated with Guangdong Medical University were surprised by the stone's size, measuring approximately 10 cm by 13 cm. A multidisciplinary surgical team successfully removed the stone, which is considered one of the largest found in the Guangdong region.
