Acting Chief Justice Sapana Pradhan Malla has ordered the Supreme Court administration to register writ petitions challenging the Constitutional Council's recommendation of Dr. Manoj Kumar Sharma as Chief Justice. These petitions, previously rejected by the court administration, were filed by senior advocate Dinesh Tripathi and advocate Dr. Premraj Silwal, and are now scheduled for hearing.
