Tiptala Border Crossing Reopens After Staff Management

The Tiptala border crossing in Taplejung has reopened following staff management, with Nayab Subba Pradip Dhital appointed as the chief to operate the customs office. The customs office, which was closed due to the COVID-19 pandemic, is now operational. Local representatives have requested the Ministry of Finance and Customs Department to allocate funds for a new building and customs office operations in the upcoming fiscal year.
