Revenue from land and housing transactions increased by 15.2% to Rs 43.48 billion in the first 10 months of the current fiscal year. The Department of Land Management and Archives reported the highest monthly collection in Baishakh. Several Land Administration Offices, including Dillibazar, Lagankhel, and Bhaktapur, showed significant revenue mobilization, while the number of transactions nationwide also rose.
