2,200 drivers booked for traffic violations in 24 hours

A total of 2,200 drivers were penalized in the past 24 hours for traffic violations, generating Rs 2.039 million in government revenue. Violations included driving under the influence, operating ride-sharing services illegally, signal light infractions, overspeeding, lane discipline breaches, unnecessary horn use, illegal parking, and driving on one-way roads.
