Minister for Foreign Affairs Shishir Khanal launched the ‘MOFA Mitra’ mobile app, developed by the Department of Consular Services, to provide convenient and citizen-friendly consular services to Nepalis abroad. The app allows users to register concerns, receive updates, track requests, and communicate directly with Nepali Missions. Available on Android and iOS, it aims to protect the rights and interests of Nepalis living abroad and assist with issues like corpse management and compensation.
