Ibrahim Abbas, director of the Medical Scan Department under the Gaza Health Authority, stated that most equipment is old, lacks spare parts, and faces maintenance challenges. Magnetic resonance scan services have ceased entirely, and other critical equipment for computed scans, radiation scans, and surgeries are also out of operation, impacting emergency and complex case treatments.
