The Government of Nepal will establish the country’s first “Sovereign AI Compute Center” in Syuuchatar, Kathmandu. Finance Minister Dr. Swarnim Wagle stated that the facility will be fully sovereign and will provide affordable high-performance computing resources for AI entrepreneurs and startups by deploying thousands of AI processing units.
