New school curriculum likely from next academic session

The government has started revising Nepal’s school-level curriculum from Early Childhood Development (ECD) to Grade 12 to align education with changing social, political and technological needs. The Ministry of Education formed a nine-member task force led by Prof. Dr. Bal Chandra Luintel of Kathmandu University School of Education. The committee plans to submit its report within six months.
