Harka questions Shah’s absence in Parliament

Harka Raj Rai (Sampang), chair of the Shram Sanskriti Party, has called for the resignation of Prime Minister Balen Shah, accusing him of failing to remain accountable to Parliament. Rai argued that the Prime Minister is constitutionally and procedurally required to respond to questions raised by lawmakers and should step aside if unable to fulfill his duties.
