Finance Minister Consults Former Ministers on Upcoming Budget

Finance Minister Dr. Swarnim Wagle has consulted with eight former finance ministers to gather suggestions for the upcoming fiscal year's budget. Dr. Wagle pledged to incorporate good experiences and programs from former ministers, aiming to improve living standards through good governance. Former ministers provided suggestions on budget size, revenue targets, expense reduction, infrastructure development, and boosting private sector morale. Dr. Yuvraj Khatiwada advised against overly ambitious political goals for the budget.
