HoR to meet today; agenda includes introduction of bills and discussion on election laws

The House of Representatives is scheduled to meet today at 11:00 AM with an agenda including the introduction of various bills and discussion on election laws. Minister Khadak Raj Paudel will present the ‘Tourism Bill, 2024,’ while Minister Sobita Gautam will present the ‘National Forensic Science Laboratory (Establishment and Operation) Bill, 2024’ for committee discussion. Clause-by-clause discussions are also planned for the ‘House of Representatives Member Election (First Amendment) Bill, 2026’ and the ‘Voter Roll (First Amendment) Bill, 2026’.
