Farmers get modern fodder-cutters

Baijanath Rural Municipality in Banke district has distributed modern fodder-cutting machines to 95 farmers at a 70 percent subsidy to ease livestock farming. The machines were provided under the ‘Farmers with the Rural Municipality Chairperson Programme,’ which aims to enhance efficiency and convenience. The rural municipality has been allocating significant budgets annually to support farmers through various subsidy programs since 2022.
