Real estate revenue rises to over Rs 6.26 billion in Baisakh

Revenue from land and property transactions in the last Nepali month of Baisakh reached over Rs 6.26 billion, a slight increase from Rs 6.16 billion collected in Chaitra. The Department of Land Management and Archive reported that this revenue comprised Rs 3.31 billion from registration fees, Rs 2.55 billion from capital gains tax, and Rs 344 million from service tax. This indicates a gradual improvement in the country's real estate market following recent fluctuations.
