Non-life insurers have collected over Rs 41.39 billion in premiums in the first 10 months of the current fiscal year 2082. Motor insurance accounts for the largest share at 30.52 percent, followed by property insurance at 23.51 percent, and engineering and contract risk insurance at 19.03 percent. Other sectors contributing to premium collection include miscellaneous, marine, aviation, agriculture and crop, and micro insurance.
