Government Committed to Concluding Transitional Justice: Minister Gautam

Minister for Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs, Sobita Gautam, affirmed the government's commitment to concluding transitional justice, stating that regulations for the Truth and Reconciliation Commission, the Commission of Investigation on Enforced Disappeared Persons, and the victims' compensation fund are now operational. A detailed position paper is being prepared in consultation with all parties to define the past, present, and future direction of transitional justice.
