Nepal Police have arrested 2,319 fugitives during a month-long nationwide enforcement campaign in the month of Baisakh. The operation, involving multiple police units, resulted in the recovery of over Rs 215 million in fines. Those arrested were involved in offenses including homicide, narcotics, rape, banking offenses, and fraud, many of whom were evading sentencing.
