Karnali Province Government Discusses Establishing Apple Development Board

The Karnali Province Government has started discussions to establish a Province Apple Development Board, with Minister of Land Management, Agriculture and Cooperatives and government spokesperson Binod Kumar Shah stating that suggestions are being collected to make the bill farmer-friendly and address livelihood issues. The board is intended to resolve problems caused by annual apple damage due to various reasons, and a field study has also been conducted.
