Notice issued to remove encroachments in Pokhara Bus Park area

The Pokhara Valley Municipal Development Committee (PVMDC) has issued a public notice demanding the removal of all constructions, including shops, from the Pokhara Bus Park area within 15 days. The notice also calls for the immediate removal of encroachments along the Seti River and surrounding areas. If the structures are not cleared within the stipulated time, the PVMDC will proceed with their removal and recover costs from the responsible parties. Landowners in the bus park area are also required to submit relevant documents to the PVMDC office within seven days.
