Three bills were tabled in the House of Representatives and a proposal to consider them was passed unanimously. Minister for Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs, Sobita Gautam, presented the proposals on behalf of the Prime Minister. Despite objections from opposition lawmakers, including the Nepali Congress, CPN UML, and Nepali Communist Party, the bills were presented for endorsement after no names were received for discussion.
