US Secretary of State Marco Rubio Arrives in India

US Secretary of State Marco Rubio arrived in India for a four-day visit, starting in Kolkata where he is scheduled to visit the Missionaries of Charity. He will later travel to New Delhi to meet Prime Minister Narendra Modi and participate in a meeting of the foreign ministers of the Quad nations (Australia, India, Japan, and the United States). Rubio's visit follows a recent state visit by US President Trump to China.
