World record-holding climber Kami Rita Sherpa has summited Mount Everest for the 32nd time, breaking his own record for the most ascents of the world’s highest peak. He reached the summit on Saturday and is currently descending toward Everest Base Camp. Preparations are underway in Kathmandu for his welcome.
