NSG “Black Cats” team summits Everest in remarkable 20-day expedition

A 16-member National Security Guard (NSG) team successfully summited Mount Everest in a remarkable 20-day expedition, reaching the peak at 03:26 am on May 23, 2026. Commanded by Lt. Col. Ram Chandra Thapa and coordinated by Seven Summit Treks, the team also conducted a medical camp at Everest Base Camp and participated in local garbage clean-up efforts.
