Nepal Police has unveiled a three-year strategic plan focused on citizen-centric service and technological transformation, aiming to enhance promptness and efficiency. Inspector General of Police Daan Bahadur Karki expressed confidence that the plan will establish Nepal Police as a leading security agency in South Asia. Additionally, an online complaint management system was launched via the ‘Nepal Police Mobile App’ to allow citizens to register grievances digitally.
