Government Increases Child Nutrition Allowance

The government has increased the child nutrition allowance to one thousand rupees per month, as announced by Finance Minister Dr. Swarnim Wagle. The nutrition allowance for Dalit and backward girls has been doubled to Rs 1,000 monthly, while allowances for children in Madhesh, Karnali, and Sudurpaschim will continue.
