DR Congo reports over 130 suspected Ebola deaths

The Democratic Republic of the Congo has reported approximately 131 suspected deaths and 513 suspected cases in its latest Ebola outbreak in Ituri province. While investigations are ongoing to confirm the cause of deaths, the outbreak has also spread to North Kivu province. The World Health Organization has declared the Ebola outbreak in the DRC and Uganda a public health emergency of international concern.
