Forward Constitution Amendment Seriously: President Thapa

President of the Nepali Congress, Gagan Kumar Thapa, stated that constitution amendment is a serious issue requiring a mature approach and adequate study. He also stressed the need for the government to be more attentive to the management of landless squatters and advocated for making the National Human Rights Commission's report on the September movement public.
