Prime Minister Balen Shah has been notably absent from parliamentary sessions following the presentation of the government's policy and program. He did not initiate the discussion on the policy and program, nor did he answer questions raised by MPs, with Finance Minister Dr. Swarnim Wagle fulfilling these roles.
