Parliament session adjourned as opposition insists on ruling to ensure PM Shah’s presence in the House

The House of Representatives session was adjourned due to obstruction by opposition parties who insisted on the Prime Minister's presence during the discussion of the government's policies and programmes. Finance Minister Dr. Swarnim Wagle presented the proposal on behalf of Prime Minister Balen Shah, but opposition lawmakers continued their protest. Speaker DP Aryal declined to issue an immediate ruling ensuring the Prime Minister's presence, stating he needed to consult with the Prime Minister.
