Israel ramps up Lebanon operations, strikes 70+ Hezbollah targets
The Israel Defence Forces (IDF) conducted airstrikes across Lebanon, targeting over 70 Hezbollah infrastructure sites, including command centers and weapons storage facilities. The strikes resulted in casualties, with reports of seven people killed and several others wounded. In response, Israel announced new restrictions on gatherings in northern Israel and closed schools. Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu stated that the military would intensify operations against Hezbollah.
