At least 7 Palestinians were killed and more than 50 others injured in an Israeli airstrike on Gaza City on Friday evening, according to Palestinian medical sources. The strike reportedly targeted a residential apartment and a moving vehicle in western Gaza City. The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) said the operation was aimed at a senior commander of Hamas’s armed wing, the Al-Qassam Brigades.
