Energy Ministry Invites Applications for Electricity Regulatory Commission Officials

The Ministry of Energy, Water Resources and Irrigation has invited applications for the vacant posts of chairman and four members of the Electricity Regulatory Commission through open competition. The ministry is forming a recommendation committee to select new leadership after the previous officials were removed. Minister Biraj Bhakta Shrestha emphasized the need for capable individuals to structure the energy market and regulate the electricity sector effectively.
