The government appointed Joint Secretary Mukesh Dangol as the Director General of the Civil Aviation Authority of Nepal (CAAN). The cabinet meeting also decided to release the report of the Cooperatives Fraud Probe Commission, 2026, and fix the minimum support price of paddy for the fiscal year 2026/37. Additionally, the 'Letter of Replying' to the Government of China for the Nepal-China (Chilime-Kerung) cross-border power transmission line was approved.
