The individual, who is married to a Nepali woman, ran a restaurant café in Pumdi Bhumdi and a coffee shop in Jhamsikhel without proper authorization or tax payments. Foreign nationals on tourist visas are required to obtain business or work visas for such activities, and violations can result in fines, deportation, and re-entry bans.
